Many people develop psychological, physical and cognitive problems after recovering from COVID-19. Sleep disorders, brain fog, loss of energy, reduced strength, breathlessness, poor concentration, depression and gastrointestinal problems are the most common symptoms. Your occupational therapist will determine your current baseline. This may involve asking you to journal and/or track what you do during the day. Your occupational therapist will use this information to set goals and plan activities to meet these goals. Together we can move through the steps of your program so you can gradually return to those activities you want to do.
